Crystorama Lighting Providing Fixtures to Latest One Room Challenge™
Popular Competition Spotlights Room Makeovers by 20 Top Designers

Westbury, N.Y. — Crystorama Lighting is one of the featured product sources participating in the popular One Room Challenge™ design contest that kicked off this week.

Currently in its ninth season, the One Room Challenge™ is a biannual design challenge sponsored by Linda Weinstein of Calling it Home, a leading do-it-yourself blogger with more than 14,000 followers on Pinterest alone. Twice a year, in April and October, Calling it Home challenges 20 top designers to transform a room in their home, or the home of a client, and document their makeover process over six weekly online posts. Each Wednesday, the designers provide an online update on their progress, sharing photos of their work, professional advice and insights about sources with a loyal following of design enthusiasts. In the sixth week, the completed makeovers of all 20 rooms are unveiled across all of the participating websites.

"We are so excited to be one of the select group of sources providing products for this season's One Room Challenge™," said Nancy Lonoff, marketing director of Crystorama Lighting, a leading source of decorative chandeliers, pendants, sconces and other lighting in a wide range of styles, materials and finishes. "Lighting is the jewelry of any room, and we can't wait to see how these talented designers incorporate our stylish, elegant fixtures into the reinvention of their spaces."

As a proud sponsor of the One Room Challenge™, Crystorama is making its vast collection of fashion-forward lighting fixtures available for designer use in the contest. Designers attending the Oct. 17 - 22 High Point Market will have a chance to see the range of products available in person by stopping by Crystorama's showroom in the International Home Furnishings Center, Space D-320.

"The ORC designers are so fortunate to have the option to include gorgeous products in their spaces," said Weinstein in a statement on her website about the program (

This season's participating designers include A Thoughtful Place, Apartment 34, Arianna Belle, Because It's Awesome, Coco+Kelley, Design Darling, Design Indulgence, Design Manifest, Christine Dovey, The English Room, Vanessa Francis, Hi Sugarplum, Honey We're Home, Jojotastic, The Pink Clutch, The Pink Pagoda, Simplified Bee, Style Your Senses, Kimberly Schlegel Whitman and Zhush.
