Orders are extended to stocking dealers and authorized Designers. Please submit via www.crystorama.com, e‐mail to orders@crystorama.com or fax to (516) 931‐1254. Submitted orders cannot be canceled or modified after the factory begins processing the order. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to orders@crystorama.com.

Crystorama warrants that our products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory. Any such defective products will be repaired or replaced, provided a written claim is made within the warranty period. The decision whether to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Crystorama Lighting. The company will not accept any charges for labor, repair costs or transportation charges incurred without prior written authorization from our factory. The responsibility of the company for any defective material is limited solely to the replacement or repair of the material and does not include any incidental or consequential damages which may occur. No warranty, expressed or implied exist other than the ones indicated above. No person, agent or distributor is authorized to give any other warranty on behalf of the company.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional pricing from Crystorama must be reflected on the submitted purchase order and is only valid for invoices paid within terms. If invoice is not paid within terms, Crystorama promotional price is voided. All discontinued items are final sale and non-returnable.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier, unless specified in advance by the customer.
