Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. I absolutely love what I see in the box, the finishes and the quality of the aesthetics. I have not been able to actually install the light fixtures yet. The only concern I have is in regard to the glass shade. It appears very fragile and I wish that it would have been tempered glass or somehow stronger than what I am seeing. My concern would be a random passerby that decides to hit it. However, I am willing to take that chance as they are beautiful and were just what I wanted.
