Replacing Parts instead of the full fixture: Before starting a return, please let us know what issue you're experiencing. In many cases, we can send a replacement part instead of requiring you to return the entire item. This is often the quickest and easiest solution, helping you get your product back to working order while avoiding the hassle of repackaging and shipping a complete return.

Replacement of lost or damaged in transit items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier within 21 days of delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped using a customer-provided carrier account, the customer is responsible for filing the claim.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. The fixture is too heavy for the hardware provided

When we went to raise this chandelier a few inches we saw that the cross bracket was severely bent. The chandelier is too heavy for the hardware provided. We purchased from Lighting New York and they refused to do anything except replace the bracket with one exactly like it. We asked to exchange the heaviest chrystals with smaller ones to lighten the load but Chrystorama refused. IMO this chandelier is unsafe. We took chrystals off to lighten it. It looks terrible. Such incredibly poor customer service.

I am very impressed with this chandelier. It is absolutely gorgeous in person. The crystal detailing with polished nickel looks amazing. My home is transitional and it works well in it. Its modern and edgy but still has a traditional feel. The crystals are a high quality clear work of art. I bought the 25 inch one for my 54 inch table and the size is perfect. Everyone loves this piece!
