Replacement of lost or damaged in transit items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier within 21 days of delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped using a customer-provided carrier account, the customer is responsible for filing the claim.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. Lamp is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our bedroom. We ordered the antique silver. Also, we did use a lower watt bulb than the 40 watt suggested. There were no installation instructions and my handy husband who regularly installs lights and ceiling fans had a difficult time. The size of the lamp made it more difficult to install. However, we are very happy with the end result.
