Replacing Parts instead of the full fixture: Before starting a return, please let us know what issue you're experiencing. In many cases, we can send a replacement part instead of requiring you to return the entire item. This is often the quickest and easiest solution, helping you get your product back to working order while avoiding the hassle of repackaging and shipping a complete return.
Replacement of lost or damaged in transit items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier within 21 days of delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped using a customer-provided carrier account, the customer is responsible for filing the claim.
Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return.
