To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. Go for it! This beautiful light is a perfect mix of elegance, glam, traditional and modern. My husband and I (not professional electricians) were able to put this light up ourselves. We combined the electric strands, and adjusted the chains. The strands of glass beads also did not take very long to hook on. Overall, it took about 5 hours for the process to be completed, and thats only if you are amateurs like us. It was worth the labor (check out the pictures)! It provides the perfect lighting for our dining area. I couldnt have selected a better light. Btw this is an original Crystorama light called Winham.
