In many cases, we can send a replacement part instead of requiring you to return the entire item. Replacement of lost or damaged in transit items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier within 21 days of delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped using a customer-provided carrier account, the customer is responsible for filing the claim.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. After searching for weeks, I found the perfect balance of looks, quality and cost. All other chandeliers of this size are two to three times more expensive. Set up is a breeze since it comes 90% assembled. I spent $300 to get it installed which could be 3-4 times as much for chandeliers that require more assembly.
