In many cases, we can send a replacement part instead of requiring you to return the entire item. Replacement of lost or damaged in transit items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier within 21 days of delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped using a customer-provided carrier account, the customer is responsible for filing the claim.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. This was a great find. We are building a new home and I needed a flush mount light for the landing area on the second floor. I had planned to put a smaller fixture with some can lights to ensure there was enough light in the area. When I found this one that was larger, I was able to remove 4 candle lights. This style is perfect for the farmhouse look we are creating.
