In many cases, we can send a replacement part instead of requiring you to return the entire item. Replacement of lost or damaged in transit items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier within 21 days of delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped using a customer-provided carrier account, the customer is responsible for filing the claim.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. I absolutely love the design and color combination. I actually designed my bedroom with the fixture as the focal point. It reminded me of our trips to France and their beautiful decor.Unfortunately the fixture itself is crooked. My electrician put it up and we noticed it's noticeably crooked . Electrician is concerned that it may be just the way it was made in production in which case the next one will be the same. I immediately called your service # and Alex was very helpful in getting the photos to the service department. I have since shipped back this one on this past Friday. Alex said the replacement will go out as soon as they receive the damaged one. I really do hope that the new one will be inspected thoroughly to be sure it's not bent. (The imbalance is that the glass dome is tilted )The other problem is that my electrician is going to charge me for another service call unfortunate for me. I will gladly send you the photo for clarification.
