I absolutely love the design and color combination. I actually designed my bedroom with the fixture as the focal point. It reminded me of our trips to France and their beautiful decor.Unfortunately the fixture itself is crooked. My electrician put it up and we noticed it's noticeably crooked . Electrician is concerned that it may be just the way it was made in production in which case the next one will be the same. I immediately called your service # and Alex was very helpful in getting the photos to the service department. I have since shipped back this one on this past Friday. Alex said the replacement will go out as soon as they receive the damaged one. I really do hope that the new one will be inspected thoroughly to be sure it's not bent. (The imbalance is that the glass dome is tilted )The other problem is that my electrician is going to charge me for another service call unfortunate for me. I will gladly send you the photo for clarification.

This is a big and beautiful fixture. Very nice quality. The color is silver that appears a little tarnished. In the photo, it reads a little gold, but not in person. They arrived packed really well. They will be lovely in my master bath and closet.
