Replacing Parts instead of the full fixture: Before starting a return, please let us know what issue you're experiencing. In many cases, we can send a replacement part instead of requiring you to return the entire item. This is often the quickest and easiest solution, helping you get your product back to working order while avoiding the hassle of repackaging and shipping a complete return.
Replacement of lost or damaged in transit items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier within 21 days of delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped using a customer-provided carrier account, the customer is responsible for filing the claim.
Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. We bought this fixture for over our dining room table, and the 24" size for our entryway. My wife and I love the design and aesthetic of these fixtures. As others have suggested, care is needed during installation of the curved glass pieces. There are metal bars with foam padding that screw in to hold each end of the curved glass. The overlap of the metal bar on the edge of the glass is minimal. If the manufacturer would just make the metal bar a little wider, the installation would be much easier and there would be less risk of glass pieces falling out. Make sure and read the instructions that tell you not to overtighten these pieces....it could crack the glass. We lamped ours with 40W equivalent LED bulbs and have it on a dimmer.

5 stars for looks, 0 stars for glass quality. We had this light installed and 3 days after it was installed, we heard 2 “pops” and saw that 2 glass panels were cracked. Called the company who sold it to us, they sent 2 new pieces of glass which we installed. 1 day later-“pop” and one of new glass cracked. They sent another replacement and 5 days after another “pop.” When the glass breaks, no one was in the room, light was not on, and not in any sunlight. Cheap glass?
Now we requested a replacement light, but it will cost us $650 to have installed in our 18 ft ceiling room.
