To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. Very pretty chandelier. I bought it put in my bathroom over a tub. It's a good size and looks pretty. The shade material is a bit silver which I wasn't expecting, but it looks great. I did change the crystals to match some other ones that I already had, but the ones it came with would have been fine too. It was just my preference.
