Returns: All returns must be authorized by the factory. For approval, please contact returns@crystorama.com. Custom orders are non-returnable, and unauthorized returns may be refused. To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 1 year of receipt. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received in anything other than the original carton and/or with open crystal packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return. This fixture is lovely but when the electrician went to put the crystal on the middle the cheezy metal hanger snapped so I had to improvise which I did but i am a designer and so I had to run and then come back and so it was an extra 1.5 hours of my time. This is so frustrating. The other bath light fixtures were cheezy too. So had to fix them with some glue so they would stay put. Other than that it is a lovely fixture.
